The working principle of the compressor:
The compressor is a driven fluid machine that promotes low pressure gas to high pressure gas and is the heart of the refrigeration system. It sucks low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it by running the motor, and then discharges high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle.
Thereby a refrigeration cycle of compression→condensation (exothermic)→expansion→evaporation (endothermic) is achieved. Compressors are classified into piston compressors, screw compressors, centrifugal compressors, and linear compressors. Classification of compressors:

Common types of snow for commercial freezers:
1.R12, R22, this kind of refrigerant has good stability to commercial freezer, but it will pollute the atmosphere, which makes this commercial freezer unable to export. It is the most used in many low-end commercial freezer in China.
2.R134A, R134A is an upgraded version of R12 and R22. Its refrigeration speed and atmospheric environmental protection are much higher than R12 and R22. It has no destructive effect on the ozone layer and has good safety performance (non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic). , non-irritating, non-corrosive) refrigerant.
3. R-404A is a low-temperature refrigerant in commercial freezer. Its characteristics are fast and no pollution to the atmosphere. It is widely used in commercial freezer, cold storage, food refrigeration equipment, marine refrigeration equipment, industrial low temperature refrigeration, commercial low temperature refrigeration, transportation refrigeration. Refrigeration equipment such as equipment (refrigerators, etc.), refrigeration condensing units, supermarket display cabinets, etc., are the most widely used types of snow approved by compressor manufacturers and equipment manufacturers nationwide, and are suitable for export to commercial freezer.
4. R-134A, can be applied to new medium and high temperature fixed commercial refrigeration systems, such as chillers and household refrigeration appliances, and is also the global standard for new mobile air conditioners, which can be used to replace the existing R-12 mobile air conditioning system.
